Initial Activities
11 12 2006Task Force Initial Activities:
1. Solicitation of calamity assistance from all senators – sent out December 6, 2006.
2. Fund raising for rebuilding damaged public school buildings, target donors: all local banks in Naga City. Letters circulated December 6 to all banks
3. Fund raising from various private sources locally, nationally and from abroad – on-going.
4. Libreng welding sa Plaza Quezon – sponsored by the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers. Intended to assist padyak operators whose units were damaged to immediately resume their livelihood.
