Our
warmest welcome to the devotees, pilgrims, travelers, and guests
of this year's Peñafrancia fiesta!
With
our smiles -- the noblest expressions of genuine Bikolano hospitality
and warmth-- we are opening our hearts to invite you to join us
in celebrating our regional fiesta that Naga City has traditionally
been hosting since the colonial times.
Under
the theme, "Sarong Ina, Sarong Rona" (One Mother, One
Region), the Naga City Government in cooperation with, and under
the guidance of, the Archdiocese of Caceres and the religious community,
we have lined up activities that will once again highlight the religious
and historical significance of our world-renowned devotion to our
Lady of Peñafrancia, Patronesss of Bikolandia. Other cultural
and socio-economic activities which are regional in scope have also
been prepared for public presentation by various private groups
and organizations to add color and bring about a multi-sectoral
dimension to the more traditional events which are the Traslacion
and the fluvial procession along the storied Naga River. Such schedule
of events and activities are found in this webpage for your ready
reference and guidance.
Dubbed
by the Department of Tourism as the country's pilgrimage center,
Naga City, also known as "An Maogmang Lugar', hopes to make
your stay truly a memorable and comfortable one. Dagos po kamo!

A
warm welcome to all the devotees and pilgrims to Ina including guests and
visitors who came to celebrate with us this annual event.
This
publication is a ready reference from where you can obtain an idea how the
celebration of the feast of Ina, our beloved Nuestra Señora de Peñafrancia
shall be carried out.
We enjoin all the Bicolanos and other faithfuls all throughout the
world to find their way back to pay homage to the virgin whose devotees
are joined by many others whose lives have been “touched” by her.
This is a beautiful experience, come and celebrate with us!
