Objectives
The MNCCI is a non-partisan voluntary business organization composed of business units representing the agricultural, commercial, industrial and service sectors within the First to the Third Congressional Districts of Camarines Sur (loosely defined as Metro Naga). It was envisioned as the Voice of Business and as the business community initiative for the socio-economic development of Metro Naga and the Bicol Region.
The organization's major objectives are:
• to be an influential policy advocate for the promotion of a sustainable economic development framework
• to serve as an alternative service delivery channel for business promotion and development programs
• to serve as the working arm of business in social development

• financial assistance and loan accessing
• technical assistance/consultancy
• training programs, conferences and seminars
• publications and dissemination of business information and trade referrals
• trade and investment promotions
• Business Action Center which provides business services and facilities to enterprises
(e.g. telecommunications, computer services, overhead projector and conference room rentals, etc.)
• institutional development for sectoral/affiliate organizations
