GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Aims to systematically address the problems of the underprivileged who demand better opportunities for economic advancement.


How Do You Know You are Qualified for Loan Assistance?
1.  You must be a bonafide resident of Naga City;
2.  Eighteen (18) years old and above;
3.  Must not be an employee of the City Government of Naga;
4.  Must be cleared of any existing loan per PESO Livelihood Beneficiaries Information System (LiBIS).

For a Cooperative, Association, NGO's and PO's Applying for Loan Assistance
1.  Must be Naga-based and seventy percent (70 %) of its    members must be residents of Naga City.
2.  Must be duly accredited by the Sanggunian
Panglunsod and be able to present a copy of the By-laws, Financial Statement of the previous year, Official Receipt, Board Resolution and List of Officers and Members attached to a Letter of Intent.

What are the Requirements for Loan Application of Individual Borrowers?
1.  2 copies of 1x1 photograph
2.  Latest Community Tax Certificate
3.  Photocopy of Business Permit (if any)

Community-Based Training
for Enterprise Development Program (CBTED)
Seeks to provide training packages
to enhance the productivity and
capability of livelihood beneficiaries
and would-be entrepreneurs.
Constituents who are involved in
livelihood projects or intending to
have one including the provision of
appropriate training.
Micro-Enterprise
Development Program (MEDP)
Seeks to assist micro, small and
medium scale enterprises through
technical and loan assistance to
eligible projects.
Micro, small and medium
entrepreneurs who are in need of
additional working capital for start-
up or expansion purposes.
Cooperative
Development Program (CDP)
Seeks to promote the viability and
growth of cooperatives as
instruments of equity, social justice
and economic development.
Cooperatives with viable projects
and potentials for growth and
development which are in need of
technical and loan assistance for
start-up or expansion purposes.
Women Empowerment through Enterprise Development (WEED)
Envisions strengthening the
productivity and capability of women
through the extension of
appropriate programs.
Women with entrepreneurial spirit
to engage in viable livelihood
projects including the provision of
appropriate training.
