Notice is hereby given that the Committee on Land Use of the Sangguniang Panlungsod will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 11, 2010 10:30 A.M. at the Gawad Kalinga, Barangay Balatas, this city on the following matter:

1. Letter dated January 15, 2010 from the Wilfredo B. Prilles, Jr., City Planning Development Coordinator (CPDO), submitting their technical evaluation of the documents submitted last January 6, 2010 by Ms. Alice C. Enojado relative to her application for land reclassification of a parcel of land registered in the name of Mr. Roland T. Obiedo located along Basislica Road beside Eternal Gardens, Bgy. Balatas, this city with an area of 28,781 square meters;

It is earnestly requested that all parties concerned shall come and actively participate.
