Notice is hereby given that the Committee on Land Use of the Sangguniang Panlungsod will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 11, 2010 9:00 A.M. at the Barangay Hall, Barangay Cararayan, this city on the following:

1. Letter dated December 11, 2009 from Wilfredo B. Prilles, Jr., City Planning and Development Coordinator (CPDO), submitting their technical evaluation of the documents submitted by Mrs. Helen B. Cecilio relative to her application for land reclassification of a parcel of land registered in the name of Mr. Germato E. Vergara located at Bgy. Cararayan, this city with an area of 1,995 square meters;

It is earnestly requested that all parties concerned shall come and actively participate.
