Upon instruction of HON. NELSON S. LEGACION, Chairman, Committee on Education and HON. BERNADETTE F. ROCO, Chairman, Committee on Culture and the Arts  please be invited to a joint Committee Hearing on Friday, May 16, 2008, 2:30 p.m. at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall, City of Naga, to treat the following matters:

1. Letter dated February 19, 2008 by Mrs. Priscilla C. Atutubo, Division Culture and Arts Coordinator, DEPED, with attached project proposal for Special Classes for the Arts for Naga Central School I which will be piloted in School Year 2008-2009.

2. Letter dated April 14, 2008 of Mr. Antonio AB. Ayen, regarding their request to the City Government to Co-sponsor in the Milk Feeding Program as part of the Popcom’s “Nutri Dunong Feeding Program”

3. The Privilege Speech of Atty. Nelson S. Legacion last May 6, 2008 during the 18th Regular Session of the 9th Sangguniang Panlungsod regarding complains received by his office and the Naga City School Board, a number of QUEEN beneficiaries were required to pay certain items already assumed and/or being paid by the City Government.
