Naga  is well-known for its week-long Peņafrancia festivities. Held in September, nearly a million devotees flock to the city to pay homage to "INA" - Nuestra Seņora de Peņafrancia, the patroness of the Bicol region.  This annual religious tradition has been  considered as one of the biggest Marian celebrations in the country.

We envision Naga as home of

God-loving, happy people who are child-friendly, gender fair, and globally competitive

Rooted in positive moral and cultural values

Belonging to strong, unified and mainstreamed sectors of a progressive, peaceful city

Considered a center of people-focused education, development and governance

With a clean, healthy and sustainable environment

And an economy that provides livelihood opportunities to all,

Thereby ensuring equitable distribution of wealth and proper utilization of resources.
