B. HOUSEHOLD

The total household number as of 1998 from the report of City Health Office is 1,105 with an average household size of 6 persons per household.

C. SETTLEMENT AND HOUSING DATA

The Community Multi-Sectoral Assembly that was conducted last September 1998 shows that the out of 1,287 total number of household 438 or 34% are two storey or multi storey, 155 or 12% are split level and the remaining 694 or 54% are single storey. Moreover in building resistance 322 or 25% are in High Risk with light materials, 387 or 30% are in Medium Risk with Semi-concrete building with G.I. Roofing, 515 or 40% are in Low Risk with Concrete frame with G.I. Roof and Walls and the remaining 63 or 5% are No Risk.

The labor force of the Barangay is 4,105. From ages 15-64, 3.21 % or 132 are Professionals, 5.58 % or 229 are in Vocational and Technical field, 4.19 % or 172 focus on being a Laborer or Worker and .36 % or 15 are self employed. The remaining 86.60 % or 3,555 of the total labor force falls in Unemployed, Oversees Workers, Students and incapacitated to work.

260 or 6.33 % of ages 65 above have retired are the rest are still working on simple business like Entrepreneurship.

F. GENDER DEVELOPMENT

Under the gender development 3,363 are male and 3,272 are female. The number and percentage of female in the governance is 18.2 % from the total population.
