GEOPHYSICAL INFORMATION

A. LOCATION

Barangay Panicuason is an urban area situated in the East of slope of Mt. Isarog, in the West of Barangay Carolina in the South of Municipality of Calabanga and in the North of Municipality of Pili.

B. TOPOGRAPHY

The land area of the Barangay is 14.13 square kilometer and it is 18.24% of the total land area of Naga City.

C. LAND USE

The agricultural area occupies the majority land area of Barangay Panicuason with 8.56 square kilometer or 60.54, residential area .40 square kilometer or 2.85%, the public park is 5.60 square kilometers or 36.55%. The soil type of this community Tigaon Clay .

D. HYDROGRAPHY

There are waterways in the area like the Yabo river and creeks, Malabsay Falls and kabonta Spring and Inarihan dam.

E. MEANS OF ACCESS

The barangay is accessible to the vehicles like tricycle and public utility jeepney.
