B. HOUSEHOLD

The total number of households in 1998 is 453 an average of 6 persons per households.

C. SETTLEMENT AND HOUSING DATA

The Community Multi-Sectoral Assembly that was conducted last September 1998 shows that the out of 600 total number of household 285 or 48% are two storey or multi storey, 38 or 6% are split level and the remaining 277 or 46% are single storey. Moreover in building resistance 406 or 68% are in High Risk with light materials, 136 or 23% are in Medium Risk with Semi-concrete building with G.I. Roofing, 55 or 9% are in Low Risk with Concrete frame with G.I. Roof and Walls and the remaining 3 or 1% are No Risk.

The labor force of the Barangay is 1,683. From ages 15-64, 7.37 % or 124 are Professionals, 1.66 % or 28 % are in Vocational and Technical field, 30.06 % or 506 focus on being a Laborer or Worker and 2.55 % or 43 are self employed. The remaining 58.17 % or 979 of the total labor force falls in Unemployed, Oversees Workers, Students and incapacitated to work.

108 or 3.95 % of ages 6.41 above have retired are the rest are still working on simple business like Entrepreneur.

f. Health

The illnesses that the residents of Barangay Igualdad suffered are Cough and Colds, fever and High Blood.

G. GENDER DEVELOPMENT

Under the gender development 1,378 are male and 1,342 are female. The percentage of female in the Labor force and in governance is 49.49 % and 2 or 18.18 % from the total population.
