A. LOCATION

Barangay Bagumbayan Sur is an Urban Area. It is bounded in the North by Barangay Bagumbayan Norte and Calauag, in the South by Barangay Sta. Cruz, in the West by Barangay Peñafrancia and in the West by the Municipality of Camaligan.

B. TOPOGRAPHY

The total land area of Barangay Bagumbayan Sur is .961 sq. km. or .72 % of the total land area of Naga City. It is entirely plain.

C. LAND USE

The residential area with 0.384 square kilometer or 67.53% occupies the majority land area, the commercial area has 0.0997 square kilometer or 17.54% and while the Institutional has 0.849 square kilometer or 14.93% total land area.

D. MEANS OF ACCESS

Barangay Bagumbayan Sur is accessible to all kinds of vehicles. It has a public utility jeepney and tricycle.
